For a leading industrial production company in Gouda, BYBD is looking for several new employees. We have opportunities ranging from Production Workers and Machine Operators to Maintenance Technicians, Electricians, Foremen and Shift Supervisors.

You don’t need to fit one specific job profile. During a personal introduction, we will look at your experience, technical skills, strengths and ambitions. Together, we will determine which position is the best match for you.

Recruitment Day – Wednesday 23 September
For these vacancies, we are organising a special recruitment and introduction day at BYBD on Wednesday 23 September.

Instead of a long application process, we would first like to meet you personally. We will discuss your experience, technical abilities and what you are looking for in your next job.

If there is a good match, you may be invited to meet the company at their production site in Gouda on Friday 25 September or Monday 28 September.

This means you can quickly find out which opportunity suits you and potentially take the next step towards your new job within just a few days.

Which positions are available?
We are currently recruiting for several positions, including:

Production Worker – day shift
Machine Operator – 2-shift schedule
Maintenance Technician – day shift
Electrician – day shift
Working Foreman – 2-shift schedule
Assistant Shift Supervisor – 2-shift schedule
Shift Supervisor – 2-shift schedule
Technical Service Team Leader – day shift

There are opportunities for both entry-level candidates and experienced technical professionals and supervisors.

Wat vragen wij?

Who are we looking for?
A specific technical diploma or many years of experience are not required for every position. Your attitude, reliability and technical aptitude are just as important.

You could be a good match if you:

have technical aptitude and/or an interest in technology;
enjoy practical, hands-on work;
are motivated, reliable and willing to work hard;
feel comfortable working in a heavy industrial production environment;
are physically capable of working with heavier materials;
are interested in production and/or technical work;
are willing to work day shifts and/or a 2-shift schedule;
work well with others and take responsibility for your work.

Experience in production, manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments is an advantage, but it is not required for every position.

You will be working in a real industrial production environment where safety, teamwork and craftsmanship are important.

This is not a light production environment. The work can be physical, the materials can be heavy and you need to be comfortable working around industrial machinery and production processes.
